ZooMumba: A huge success for the zoo simulation game - Over a million users registered!

The browser-based zoo simulation game ZooMumba has reached the impressive milestone of 1,000,000 registered users. Just two weeks ago the browser game celebrated the registration of its 500,000th user. With such a speedy intake, it is possible the game could overtake the popular farm game Farmerama.

ZooMumba, published by German games publisher Bigpoint (Battlestar Galactica Online, Arenas of Glory) launched into the Open Beta in late August this year, and in the short time span of not even three months has managed to draw in one million registered users. On October 26th ZooMumba reached half a million users - that figure doubling in two weeks.

The registration intake has exceeded that of the game's 'older brother', farming simulation browser game Farmerama, which reached its 1,000,000th user after three months. Farmerama now has over 16 million farmers registered. Bigpoint are already planning the release of another colorful casual simulation game to add to their series before the end of this year - the cute pony-themed browser game Ponyrama.

ZooMumba is a browser-based simulation game with quirky graphics, in which you take on the role of zookeeper, taking care of cute animals, and ensuring your visitors are happy.
